FALL RIVER... Phyllis A. Crowder, 59, of Fall River passed away at home, April 6, 2019. Born in Raleigh, NC, she was a daughter of the late Paul D. and Lendorra (Baker) Crowder and had lived in the New Bedford/Fall River area for the last 7 years. Survivors include her sons: Charles Crowder of Fall River and Dwayne Crowder of CA grandson Jamal Crowder; 5 sisters: Mary Crowder, Virginia Crowder, Cynthia Crowder, Malitia Sampson-Radford, and Sabrina Crowder- McMillan; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

You never said, "I'm leaving", never said goodbye. You were gone before I knew it, only God knows why. It broke my heart to lose you, but you didn't go alone. For a part of me went with you, the day you left for home.
