FALL RIVER ... Natalie M. (Pacheco) Desmarais, 79, of Westport passed away May 7, 2020 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of Roger "Pete" Desmarais of Westport. Mrs. Desmarais was born in Furnas, St. Michael, Azores a daughter of the late Alfredo and Diamantina (Santos) Pacheco and had lived in Westport since 1976. Natalie was a communicant of St. George Church in Westport; she was a member of the Father Joseph Boehr Council of Knights of Columbus Columbiettes. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and working bingo at the Knights of Columbus Hall. Natalie worked as a seamstress within the Unite Here Union formerly known as I.L.G.W.U. for many companies. Survivors include her husband, a son Peter Desmarais of Fall River, 3 grandchildren: Stacy, Peter, Angela, 5 great grandchildren Taylor, Nathan, Troy, Connor, Nolan, several nieces and nephews.
