FALL RIVER ... Joseph A. "Joe and Flo" Laureanno, 72, of Fall River died Friday, January 22, 2010, after a brief illness. He died at St. Anne's Hospital. He was the companion of the late Florence Ventura and the former husband of the late Joan (Blonairz) Laureanno. He was born in Fall River a son of the late Joseph C. and Adrien (Dufrene) Laureanno and had lived in the Fall River Tiverton area all of his life. He was a communicant of St. Theresa's Church, 265 Stafford Rd., Tiverton. He was employed by Klear Vu Manufacturing as a shipper and receiver retiring in 2002. He had also worked at Duro Finishing. Mr. Laureanno was a member of St. Anne's Fraternity, Fall River and Knights of Columbus Fr. Bonher Council, Tiverton. He enjoyed dogs and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include: 1 son: Eric Laureanno of Fall River, 4 daughters: Wendy Valois and Pamela Laureanno both of Fall River, Paula Laureanno of Rehoboth, Beth Orlik of Fall River, 2 sisters: Laura Routhier and Annette Correia both of Fall River, 12 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Bobbi Jo Figueredo, brother of the late Raymond and Normand Laureanno, Edna Thorton, Dorothy Rapoza, Pauline Vaillincourt, and grandfather of the late Danny Beaudoin. Funeral to which relatives are invited will be held Tuesday at 8AM from the SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM at St. Theresa's Church, 265 Stafford Rd., Tiverton. Calling hours Tuesday 8AM to 9AM. Interment in Oak Grove Cemetery, Fall River.
