Elaine S. (Marchand) Ealy Obituary (2019)

FALL RIVER... Elaine S. (Marchand) Ealy, 59, of Fall River passed away Friday, April 5, 2019 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of Larry Ealy. Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late Maurice R. and Phyllis A. (Santore) Marchand and had been a lifelong resident of this city. Mrs. Ealy was a veteran of the United States Army, reaching the rank of Sergeant. She had enjoyed puzzles, knitting, watching true crime stories on Investigation Discovery and above all, spending time with her family. Along with her husband, survivors include her daughters: Heidi-Lynn Chaplin, Heather Ealy and Hollie Ealy, all of Fall River; her sisters: Nancy Vandal of Florida and Denise Young of Colorado; her brothers: Raymond Marchand and Jeffrey Marchand, both of Fall River; 6 grandchildren: Shane, Donovan, Blake, Sophie, Madison and Caleb; several nieces and nephews. Memorial service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 7:45 PM at South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River, MA 02723. Calling hours will be held from 6 - 7:45 PM, prior to the service.
