Amy L. (Berube) Burgo Obituary (2020)

Amy L. (Berube) Burgo, 44, passed away on June 22, 2020 after a short illness. She is survived by her mother Elaine Silva and husband Michael, her father Michael Berube and wife Donna, her beloved partner Karen Pezzullo, her step brother Adam Cristaldi , his wife Danyel and their son Uriah, her step daughter Angelica Mendez and her family as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was the granddaughter of the late Leo and Pauline (Martel) Couture. Amy was employed by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport R.I. for many years. She started her career as a branch head administrator and eventually became the Executive Assistant to the Naval Sea Systems Command Business Office. Amy's main passion was her love for all animals, especially dogs. She developed a line of holistic food and health care products for dogs and cats which she sold at craft fairs and online. Amy enjoyed other crafts as well, which included making jewelry, cards and environmentally friendly organic cleaning and beauty products.
